1. Booking & Payment

 

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received. Prices shown include the services specified in each experience description.

 

 

2. Included Services

 

Unless otherwise stated, bookings include the yacht, professional captain, fuel for the agreed route, and the amenities listed in the selected experience. Additional services or extras may incur extra charges.

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a refund according to the cancellation conditions provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made at short notice or no-shows may be non-refundable.

 

 

4. Weather Conditions

 

The safety of our guests is our priority. In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the company reserves the right to reschedule the booking or offer an alternative date.

 

 

5. Guest Responsibility

 

Guests are responsible for following safety instructions given by the crew. Any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence may result in additional charges.

 

 

6. Boarding & Capacity

 

The number of guests on board must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for each yacht. Boarding may be denied if safety rules are not respected.

 

 

7. Delays & Late Arrival

 

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the duration of the experience without compensation, as schedules must be respected.

 

 

8. Liability

 

The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought on board.

 

 

9. Changes to Bookings

 

We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or services due to operational or safety reasons.
